Terms of Service

This Agreement is entered into between you or the entity you represent (hereinafter "you" or "your") and icanstudioz app solutions LLP, 450-52, Laxmi Enclave-2, Near Gajera School, Laxmi Circle, Katargam, Surat - 395004, Gujarat, India (hereinafter "icanstudioz") regarding your use of the icanstudioz suite of online business software and services.

This Agreement includes the General Terms and, where applicable, Service-Specific Terms. In the event of a conflict, the Service-Specific Terms will prevail.

You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement. By accessing or using our Services, or by clicking to accept these terms, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

icanstudioz provides cloud-based business software and associated mobile/offline applications ("Services"). You may use the Services for personal or internal business use. You are responsible for internet access and compatible hardware.

We may offer Beta Services for testing. These are provided as-is, with no obligation to offer them commercially. We may suspend or discontinue Beta Services without notice or liability.

Free trials are available for 15 days unless terminated earlier. Data and customizations from trial accounts will be lost unless you upgrade before expiration. The Services are provided without warranty during the trial.

You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up and maintain its accuracy. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You shall not:

• Resell, share, or sublicense Services without written consent.
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software.
• Violate laws or third-party rights.
• Use the Services in a way that harms our systems or users.
• Use Services for spam, malware, or deceptive practices.

You agree not to use our Services for unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content. We reserve the right to terminate your account for any violation.

Services may integrate with third-party apps. You must agree to those providers' terms. icanstudioz is not liable for third-party apps and may disable them without notice.

Services are offered via paid subscriptions. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You agree to pay all due taxes as per applicable laws.

Admins can configure accounts and manage users. If an account is set up on your behalf, ensure that roles and permissions are properly assigned. You are responsible for account security and authorized use.

If your account is inactive or unpaid, icanstudioz may terminate it and retain your data for up to 60 days. After that, data may be permanently deleted.

To cancel, email: support@icanstudioz.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle. All data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Domain names are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. We are not obligated to retain a domain name post-expiry or cancellation.

You retain ownership of all content you create. By using our Services, you grant icanstudioz permission to access and process your content solely for delivering the Services.

You are responsible for any content you publish. Public content may be indexed by search engines. Do not publish content without proper authorization or rights.

Sample files are provided for demonstration only and contain random data. We make no guarantees about their accuracy or suitability.

"icanstudioz," our logo, and related service names are trademarks of icanstudioz app solutions LLP. You agree not to use them without permission.

Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

icanstudioz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, war, labor strikes, or internet outages.

You agree to indemnify icanstudioz and its affiliates against claims arising from your use of the Services, your violation of laws or third-party rights, or breach of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.

We may suspend or terminate your account due to violation of terms, inactivity, or legal requirements. You may terminate if we breach our obligations, in which case a prorated refund may apply.

We may update these terms and notify you via email or service notice. Continued use after changes implies acceptance. If changes materially affect your rights, you may terminate your account within 30 days and request a refund for any unused prepaid period.
